Job summary

You will lead staff when managers aren’t on site and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.) You will supervise crew, handle customer questions, maintain displays and pricing, and uphold CVS customer service standards while protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager, ensuring smooth operations.
• Supervise crew and assign/direct tasks; communicate with management.
• Assist customers and promote CVS service culture; resolve issues per policy.
• Restock shelves, price merchandise, and manage displays per planograms.
