Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Florida to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and build customer loyalty through excellent service. You will lead staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, handling customer questions and complaints, promoting CVS service culture, stocking and merchandising, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills with computer literacy.
• Advanced communication and supervision capabilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and adjust to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and assist customers.
• Manage shelf stock, pricing and merchandising displays.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
