Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team by driving store execution and customer service excellence. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and close/open procedures to maintain store performance.

You will supervise crew, handle customer questions and complaints, and maintain confidentiality while ensuring accurate merchandising, pricing, and inventory updates in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision capabilities needed.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, Overnights, weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise the store crew: assign, direct and follow up on all activities; communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and uphold CVS privacy policies.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays, signs and inventories for weekly, promotional and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
