Job summary

CVS Health in Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with emphasis on customer service. You will lead the crew when managers are offsite, ensuring opening and closing tasks are completed and store standards are met.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining merchandise and signs, handling customer questions, and upholding privacy and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when management is not onsite and ensure smooth store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, address questions and complaints, and uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing and inventory in line with weekly promotions and store standards.
