Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise and direct the store crew and communicate effectively with management and staff.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations per policy and protect customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
