Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers and thank them.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Execute displays, price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly promotions.
