Responsibilities

• Ensure menu items are prepared and served to standard procedures.
• Oversee that tasks and activities are carried out by Team Members.
• Assist Team Members to prepare quality products and maintain cleanliness.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
• Oversee opening and closing duties on Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follow proper product procedures for preparation of all menu items.
• Manage receiving, handling, and storage of food products with proper rotation.
