Job summary

Church’s Texas Chicken is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to guide team members on shift and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will coach staff, enforce standard procedures for food preparation and service, and uphold safety and cash handling policies.

As part of FieldOperations, you will monitor opening/closing duties, manage inventory in the POS, and ensure accurate reporting. A high school diploma is preferred; ServSafe training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is highly recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.
• Experience leading restaurant teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and development to Team Members on shift.
• Ensure customer service is prompt, friendly and courteous.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to standard procedures.
• Oversee opening and closing duties per Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Maintain cash handling and security procedures.
• Enter inventory and payroll into POS system.
• Complete weekly sales reports and other required forms.
