Church’s Texas Chicken is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and coach Team Members to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will ensure compliance with company policies and drive high standards in service, food quality, and safety.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, a focus on training, and the ability to manage cash, inventory, and team performance in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site, full-time role in Texas with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served to standard procedures.
• Assign and oversee team member tasks and activities.
• Assist team members to prepare quality products and maintain cleanliness.
• Demonstrate proper procedures for staff to follow.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
• Manage opening and closing duties per Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follow product procedures for preparation of all menu items.
• Handle receiving, storage, and rotation of food products.
• Maintain professional leadership and attendance reliability.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
