Job summary

Church's Texas Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day operations. You will help implement Church’s initiatives, drive profitability, manage banking and administrative tasks, and deliver consistent, high-quality product each shift.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of supervisory restaurant experience. ServSafe training is highly recommended. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assists RGM in ensuring all employees are trained.
• Assists in maintaining staffing and prepares weekly schedules.
• Helps staff during high volume periods as needed.
• Administers all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assists in analyzing profit and loss statements and in meeting sales plans.
• Maintains and records inventory.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains compliance with health and safety standards.
• Ensures clean facilities and high quality products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
