Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking Shift Supervisors to oversee daily shop operations and ensure a WOW experience for customers. You will manage service flow, uphold safety and quality, and coach a team of hourly staff while supporting scheduling and training efforts.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of relevant experience, one year of supervision, and a commitment to inclusive, welcoming workplace culture. This role is on-site with travel expectations of 0–10% in the US.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our people are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
