Applegreen USA, operating over 80 travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest, seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure brand standards and food safety, and train new team members. This role manages cash handling and customer service while maintaining daily operations.

You’ll work to uphold company policies, stock, prep, and assist with various kitchen tasks, while engaging with travelers and ensuring a top-notch experience at the plaza.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists according to company policies.
