Applegreen USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our travel plaza. You will oversee shift staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold cash handling and brand standards across the store.

You will train new team members, monitor food safety procedures, and manage opening/closing tasks. A friendly, energetic demeanor and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prep, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members and follow brand standards.
