Job summary

Krispy Kreme seeks Shift Supervisors to oversee daily shop operations and partner with leadership for overall support. You will manage service flow, safety, cleanliness, and speed while mentoring hourly Team Members and aiding scheduling and training.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and fostering an inclusive culture where everyone’s unique identities are welcomed and valued. 18+ and US work authorized required.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture welcoming originality.
