Job summary

Wingstop is looking for excellent shift leaders to supervise the operations of a shift, ensuring food safety, proper product preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. You may work as cashier or cook while supervising staff, delivering a flavor experience to guests.

Role focuses on training new crew, inventory control, policy adherence, and maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the shift, with closing procedures and staff management as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Candidate has prior experience supervising a shift or leading a team.
• Must be able to ensure food safety and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Strong guest service mindset and knowledge of service standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding service by providing a Guest-friendly environment.
• Trains newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Practices inventory control standards.
• Store policies are being followed by all staff members.
• Ensure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Ensure breaks are coordinated effectively and quickly.
• Assemble and package orders according to the Wingstop standard.
• Assist all other positions when necessary.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen & dining room clean throughout the shift.
• Ensure that all crew members are always health safety conscious.
• Resolve customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude.
• Be sure the store is clean at closing and all tasks completed.
