Job summary

Wingstop is seeking shift leaders to supervise daily operations, ensuring food safety, proper preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards while overseeing staff. You may perform cashier or cook duties as part of leadership responsibilities and must deliver exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes training staff, inventory control, and maintaining high guest satisfaction, with a focus on teamwork and efficient shift execution.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a shift in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory controls and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure every Guest receives outstanding service and greeting, with high standards and product knowledge.
• Trains newer crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Practices inventory control standards.
• Store policies are followed by all staff members.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and appropriate staffing levels.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet work hours.
• Manage and motivate the crew; coordinate breaks efficiently.
• Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Assist other positions when necessary.
• Keep kitchen and dining area clean during the shift.
• Ensure staff health and safety consciousness.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and positively.
• Close the store with all equipment accounted for and floors swept and mopped.
