Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a shift leader to supervise daily operations, ensure food safety, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will occasionally work cashier or cook tasks while guiding a crew, training teammates, and maintaining standards across the restaurant.

The role emphasizes inventory control, cleanliness, and efficient staffing with a focus on a positive customer experience and timely service.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused service with strong communication.
• Ability to train and supervise crew members.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service with greeting and product knowledge.
• Trains newer crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Practices inventory control standards.
• Store policies are followed by all staff.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Motivate and manage the crew; coordinate breaks efficiently.
• Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Assist other positions when necessary.
• Keep kitchen and dining area clean during shifts.
• Ensure health and safety consciousness among crew.
