Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees and coordinating their work.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Strong knowledge of the retail environment.
• Effective oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized orders.
• Lead and supervise shift activities to ensure quality beverages, food, and service.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of team members during each shift.
• Ensure cash handling, store safety, and policy compliance during operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
