Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to delegate tasks to other employees and/or coordinate tasks of two or more staff.
• Direct the work of others and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes.
• Effective oral communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a retail environment.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks store experience.
• Coach team members in beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety compliance.
