Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more staff.
• Ability to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct shift operations and lead team to ensure quality beverages and food.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; flexible hours may be required.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain store safety and security.
