Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes and assist with daily store operations, including cash handling and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates bring six months of customer service experience, the ability to delegate tasks, and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make your coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety and security.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
