You will coach teammates, manage food service, inventory, and cash handling, and help drive performance while developing future leaders. This hands-on role emphasizes accountability, clear communication, and a positive attitude across the shift.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cheerful demeanor to motivate your team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time with guidance and support.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
