RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team, deliver excellent guest service, and model our core values. You will supervise operations on your shift, train associates, manage cash handling, inventory, and food safety, and step in to support busy periods.

If you have 2–3 years in retail or food service and at least 1 year in leadership, you could grow into General and Co-Managers roles.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a winning team on your shift.
• Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude that motivates your team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Train and guide your team to meet RaceTrac’s guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment.
