As a leader on shift, you’ll coach staff in food service, stocking, cash handling, and guest interactions, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. Your role emphasizes teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude that motivates your team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
