RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a winning team on your shift, set a cheerful, can-do tone, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach staff in real time, supervise food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling, and drive store operations while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. This role offers growth, competitive pay, and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• 2–3 years retail, restaurant or food service experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift.
• Set a cheerful, can-do attitude that motivates the team.
• Provide direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time with guidance and support.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Train and guide your team to meet RaceTrac’s guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
• Lead shift-change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
• Model Communication & Accountability and drive results.
• Proactively step in during busy times to demonstrate leadership.
