Job summary
Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations and lead a team to deliver fast, safe, and high-quality service. You will work with shop leadership to ensure a WOW experience for guests and support shop growth and learning opportunities.
The role requires 2 years of relevant experience with 1 year in supervision, strong communication, and a commitment to an inclusive culture. 18+ and US work authorization are required.
Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience.
- One year of experience supervising a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where all people are empowered to showcase their originality.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Travel requirements: 0-10%.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
- Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
- Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
- Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training and shop tours.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by fostering an inclusive culture.
