MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew in delivering pizzas and salads with personalized service and MOD values.

You set the example of what it means to serve, create a place where everyone belongs, and empower teammates to provide a memorable guest experience. You will supervise pizza making for diverse customer preferences, mentor front-line staff, and uphold MOD standards while fostering a welcoming, energetic environment where all employees grow and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership
• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift
• Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks
• Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources
• Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant
