Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor in New York to oversee daily shop operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. You will lead a high-performance team, support scheduling and onboarding, and deliver outstanding guest service while fostering a welcoming, inclusive culture.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, 1 year of supervising work, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Travel is minimal and sponsorship is not required.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
