Better Buzz Coffee in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily shifts, ensuring fast, friendly service and high standards for drinks, food, and safety.

Base pay is $17.00/hour with tips averaging about $4.00/hour, potentially earning up to $21/hour. We look for gregarious, hospitable, and energetic teammates available 28 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, with growth opportunities and strong training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Previous fast paced coffee experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Lead all shift duties as directed by the manager on duty
• Lead store cleanliness and safety – always ready for guests and teammates
• Balance and manage deposits and assist with inventory/waste management
