Job summary

Better Buzz Coffee in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a friendly barista to deliver great customer experiences. Earn up to $19 per hour, with base pay of $15.15/hour plus average tips around $4/hour. Join a fast-paced team focused on coffee, community, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include making drinks, learning menu items, and maintaining clean, safe workstations. Must be available on weekends and holidays with at least 22 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service.
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and able to work 22 hours each week.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions - our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable - including working in our kitchens to make food to order.
• Keep our spaces clean, safe - always ready for guests and teammates.
• Produces proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications.
• Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.
