Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a dedicated Team Member/Hourly Champion to support the Manager-In-Charge by running great shifts and solving problems promptly. You will help maintain service, food safety, and a positive guest experience while upholding company standards and uniforms.

Qualified candidates are 18+, must pass a background check and drug test, and have reliable transportation. Typical hours are well over 30 per week, with duties across opening, running, and closing shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.
• Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).
• Ensure that all employees present a neat clean appearance and wear company uniform.
• Personally demonstrate the Customer needs are the highest priority.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.
