Job summary

Taco Bell Franchise is seeking an hourly team member to support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts in a self-sufficient manner, taking ownership to solve problems, and guiding teammates. You will ensure consistent customer satisfaction, food safety, and accurate orders while maintaining a neat appearance and a positive team environment in a fast-paced restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine and complete responsibilities under People, Customers and Service.
• Ensure Shift Excellence tasks are completed for assigned position(s).
• Maintain neat appearance and uniform; greet customers patiently.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy; resolve complaints quickly.
