Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts, upholding Taco Bell standards, and delivering warm, friendly service to every guest. You take ownership, solve problems with a smile, and help guide teammates to meet daily goals.

You will ensure Team Members complete their duties, manage subordinate staff, stock shelves, sweep and mop, and maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Strong preference for internal promote from Hourly Champion position.
• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
• Able to do basic business math and stock shelves.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
