Taco Bell franchisee is hiring an Hourly Champion to run shifts independently and lead the team. You will take ownership, guide fellow Team Members, and ensure top customer service and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities include food safety, order accuracy, cleaning, and working with urgency. Expect 20–30+ hours weekly, with a pay range of $21.00–$22.00 per hour. 18+ years old and reliable transportation required.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry trash containers.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) routine and ensure People, Customers and Service tasks are completed.
• Ensure that team members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their positions.
• Maintain neat, clean appearance and wear the company uniform.
• Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Greet customers with a smile and be polite and pleasant.
• Work with urgency and in coordination with management and peers.
• Support teamwork and assist others when needed.
• Provide regular feedback to the RGM and participate in training.
• Assist with cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times.
• Maintain health and safety standards and perform other duties as required.
