Job summary

This role requires at least 6 months in a supervisory position within a service setting, good communication skills, and reliable, on-time attendance; the ideal candidate is 18+ with a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6+ months in a shift management or supervisory role in a service industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks according to standards.
• Operate cash registers and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and inventory.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Ensure food safety and compliance with policies.
• Report issues to manager and HR as needed.
