Job summary

Chicagoland Commissary, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members during each shift, ensuring operational Brand standards and great guest service are delivered. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate others to perform at their best.

Responsibilities include enforcing food safety, managing inventory, scheduling staff, handling cash, and communicating shift priorities. The role requires strong English skills and prior leadership in hospitality or retail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members as needed throughout a shift, providing timely, constructive and clear feedback.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Manage inventory and oversee cash over/short during shift and ensure policy compliance.
• Schedule restaurant team members for shifts and train staff as needed.
• Maintain Food Safety standards and franchisee policies throughout the shift.
