Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members and uphold operational Brand standards while delivering a great guest experience. The position emphasizes goal setting, task delegation, and timely feedback to the team.

The role requires supervising experience, strong communication, and a focus on guest satisfaction, safety, and brand integrity in a fast-paced environment at the Lake Zurich location.

Formación

• Fluent in English is required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is required.
• Strong math and writing skills are preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Operational Excellence: support a respectful team environment; communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members; support the training of crew members as requested; provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Work in a Team Environment: create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant; resolve guest issues; ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed; maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws.
• Drive Profitability: drive sales goals and results; execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives; manage cash over/short during shift; ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards.
