Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations, guest experience, and sales performance. You will supervise team members, train staff, and ensure the restaurant upholds brand standards during your shift.

You will lead tasks, manage line operations, handle customer complaints, and promote in-store promotions. The role requires supervision of colleagues and adherence to safety and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts and supervising team members.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations to maintain guest experience and sales performance.
• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, provide feedback and training.
• Use the huddle board to position the team and communicate priorities.
• Follow personnel policies, labor laws and safety procedures.
• Enforce security procedures and cash handling on the shift.
• Open/close duties and transition team members between stations.
• Deliver great guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Manage line operations and delegate tasks to staff.
• Maintain product quality standards on the line and during service.
• Promote sales through suggestive selling and knowledge of promotions.
• Ensure food safety compliance and waste minimization.
• Complete daily cash procedures and finish required e-learning.
