Job summary

Baskin-Robbins Atlanta franchise is seeking crew members to join a fast-paced teamfocused environment. You will assist with shift coverage, follow management directions, and help deliver exceptional guest service while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include guiding the team during shifts, maintaining cleanliness and safety, addressing guest requests, and supporting profitability through efficient operations and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High school diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Allocate staff per shift and monitor performance to meet service standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure restaurant standards, cleanliness, food safety, and safety procedures are followed; complete ServSafe certification.
• Support management in controlling labor and food costs and follow all policies and procedures during shifts.
