Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will train crew members, ensure guests receive friendly, efficient service, and uphold Wingstop standards for cleanliness and hospitality.

You will help manage scheduling, oversee deliveries, inventory, and adherence to cash handling guidelines while maintaining a positive, productive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience following policies, standards, and training programs.
• Ability to train employees to meet service quality and cleanliness standards.
• Availability to cover shifts and meet scheduling requirements.
• Experience coordinating deliveries and controlling costs through ordering.
• Ability to inspect and log equipment and temps daily.
• Experience verifying product counts and deliveries per receiving policies.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
• Train employees to achieve service quality and the appearance of the facility, fostering a positive work environment.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover all shifts to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Follow up with the store manager for callouts or no-shows.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries occur on time and control costs by ordering what is needed.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain the temperature log.
• Inspect all products for correct unit counts and adherence to receiving policies; report discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness, procedures, and equipment to Wingstop standards.
• Supervise shift leads to ensure proper opening/closing procedures and adherence to policies.
• Oversee inventory, chicken counts, and waste; ensure safe, professional workplace.
• Address customer complaints when the shift lead cannot resolve them.
• Fill in during cleaning or scheduling gaps to support the team.
