Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a hands-on Shift Leader to drive daily restaurant operations as Manager on Duty, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards in Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

You will coach team members in real time, deploy staff across kitchen and front of house, monitor ticket times and SOS, enforce food safety and cash handling procedures, and promote a positive, high-energy environment every shift.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or shift leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts as MOD.
• Deploy team members effectively across kitchen and front of house.
• Drive strong execution during peak and non-peak hours.
• Monitor ticket times, order flow, and SOS performance.
• Adjust staffing and manage breaks based on business needs.
• Communicate clear goals and expectations to the team each shift.
• Ensure food safety checks and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across FOH and BOH.
• Handle cash procedures and shift documentation.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service on every shift.
• Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
