Responsibilities

• Lead the shift team to deliver a great guest experience.

• Assign roles, communicate goals and monitor performance.
• Ensure procedures, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed.
• Control labor and food costs while maintaining standards.
• Respond to guest concerns with urgency and professionalism.
