Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams at our New Jersey plaza. You will ensure exceptional customer service, enforce brand and food safety standards, and assist in training new team members.

Responsibilities include cash handling, POS operation, and overseeing opening/closing tasks while maintaining product quality and compliance. A friendly, proactive approach and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Ensure friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system, handle cash accurately.
• Maintain proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and policies.
• Communicate observations or issues to plaza leadership.
