Applegreen Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our New Jersey locations. You will ensure team members deliver excellent service, maintain brand standards, and follow food safety procedures on shift.

The role includes training new staff and upholding cash handling policies. The position requires standing for long periods, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and a commitment to guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per company policies.
