Job Title: Shift Supervisor

SSC is hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor position located at West Memphis School District - 301 South Avalon, West Memphis, AR 72301. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm. Days may vary; more details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: At least one year of supervisory experience and the ability to pass an MVR check.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring completion of assigned tasks while maintaining company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and career advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
