Job Opening: Shift Supervisor

We have an opening for a full-time Shift Supervisor position.

Location: 191 Norfolk Southern Way, Byhalia, MS 38611. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time; Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00am - 5:30pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements: At least one year of supervisory experience is required, preferably in a warehouse or large facility environment.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, oversee that assigned job expectations are met, and ensure policy and procedure compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Act as a contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees, encourage goal setting, and promote advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
