ESFM - Shift Supervisor

We have an opening for a full-time Shift Supervisor position.

Location: 191 Norfolk Southern Way, Byhalia, MS 38611 Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time; Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00am - 5:30pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: At least one year of supervisory experience is required, preferably in a warehouse or large facility environment.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees, encourage goal-setting, and support career development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
