  • We are hiring immediately for full-time Shift Supervisor positions.
  • Location: Atrium Medical Center - One Medical Center Drive, Middletown, OH 45005. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Weekends may occasionally be required; more details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Previous retail supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring job expectations are met while adhering to policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and create work schedules.
  • Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline as needed.
  • Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
  • Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
