We are hiring immediately for full-time Shift Supervisor positions.

Location: Franklin Memorial Hospital - 390 S Main Street, Franklin, VA 23851

Schedule: Full-time schedule. Days and hours may vary. Must be able to work evenings and every other weekend. More details upon interview.

Requirement: At least 2 years of experience required.

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
