• We are hiring immediately for full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.
• Location: Franklin Memorial Hospital - 390 S Main Street, Franklin, VA 23851 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time. Days and hours may vary. Must be able to work evenings and every other weekend. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: At least 2 years of experience required.
• Pay Range: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring job expectations are met while adhering to policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints and requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
